This three-story building is just a few short blocks to the ocean with beautiful views of the pond and water fountain. 203 is a second floor (no elevator) 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that accommodates 6 with a king in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bathroom has a garden tub to relax in after a long day of fun in the sun! Each bedroom has its own TV and cable box. There is also a huge screened in patio for you to sip coffee and watch the sunrise. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware for those times when you don't feel like dining out! Laundry can be easily done with the in-unit washer and dryer.
AMENITIES
Colony III is only a block back from Ocean Boulevard on the banks of small man-made pond with great views and wildlife. It is located right next to a well-maintained park called Floral Lake Playground. The park offers a jungle gym, swing set, horseshoes, picnic tables, shuffleboard, and more! Go for a swim at Colony III’s outdoor pool or host your own barbeque at the complex’s outdoor grilling area. Wireless internet and basic cable is included.
PARKING
2 assigned parking spaces - motorcycle and golf cart friendly (will count towards an assigned space), but no trailers allowed. They have a charging station on-site for electric powered golf carts which is very rare! Parking lot is gravel.
