The balcony is accessible through both the living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a brand new (2022) king size bed; the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bedroom has its own TV and cable box. The living room has a sleeper sofa which allows this unit to sleep a total of 6 people. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, dishware, and cookware. Laundry can be easily done with the in-unit washer and dryer.

Shores of Surfside I has an pool with sun deck for those just wanting to get a tan in one of the provided loungers. Need to rinse off the sand when you're coming in from the beach?
