Colony IV 301 – a great option for those who want a view of the ocean, but not the steep prices! This 2 bed, 2 bath condo is second row, which means it's just across the street from the beach. It has an extended balcony with lounge chairs as well as a small dining area for enjoying breakfast with the salty ocean air! The master bathroom has a soaker tub to relax in after a long day of fun in the sun. This unit is unique as it can sleep 6 people comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and both a queen and a full size bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV in it. The recently remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware for those times when you don't feel like dining out! Laundry can be easily done with the in-unit washer and dryer.
AMENITIES
Colony IV has a community pool with both a deep end and a shallow end so guests of all ages can enjoy it! There are tables and chairs for you to enjoy lunch at the pool. Wireless internet and basic cable is included.
PARKING
2 parking spaces - motorcycle friendly, but golf carts and trailers are not allowed per the HOA. One parking space is assigned underneath the building.

Linens (sheets/towels) are not included in your stay. You can choose to bring your own, or add on an optional linen package which is supplied by a local company that delivers them to your door on check-in day.
