This sunny and bright townhouse is only 4 blocks from the Surfside Pier, which is where the heart of Surfside Beach is located for dining and enterainment. The patio off the living room, as well as the master bedroom balcony, overlook Memorial Park, which is where the farmer's market and Festival of Arts & Crafts takes place each week in the summer months! It's truly the perfect location for those who want to be within walking distance to everything.
Inside, both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king, as well as its own private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and access to the other full bathroom (across the hall), which also has a washer and dryer unit. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room which means this condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The half bathroom is located off the dining area.

PARKING
2 assigned parking spaces - motorcycle and gas golf cart friendly (will count towards an assigned space), but no trailers allowed. Parking lot is gravel.

No pets, no smoking, no parties.
Linens (sheets/towels) are not included in your stay. You can choose to bring your own, or add on an optional linen package which is supplied by a local company that delivers them to your door on check-in day.
