Are you looking for a quiet complex without the crowds and traffic? Then Cape Coddages I - 103 is the perfect condo for you! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront condo has a breathtaking view of the ocean from the extra long balcony. It has been completely renovated with new flooring, fresh paint, and a upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! There is access to the private oceanfront balcony from both the living room as well as the master bedroom. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and cable box. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that has a queen size mattress. Don't worry about going to a laundromat because there is a washer and dryer inside the unit.

Cape Coddages I has an oceanfront pool with plenty of sun loungers for you to enjoy. There is a courtyard on the south side of the building that has a picnic area with a charcoal grill so you can host the perfect family barbeque. Enjoy the sun with the spacious outdoor family area where you can play bocce ball, cornhole, horseshoes, and ladder ball (we rent these items for a nominal fee!). Wireless internet and basic cable is included.
PARKING
2 assigned parking spaces - no motorcycles, recreational vehicles, or trailers allowed. Golf carts are allowed, but it will count towards one assigned space.
