Blue Dolphin is a 6 bedroom home with 6.5 bathrooms, which means every bedroom has its own private bathroom. No sharing while on vacation! It’s also only a block from the beach, which is a quick walk, or even quicker golf cart ride. After a long day at the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower under the home, and then hop in the pool and cook some burgers on the charcoal grill. Don’t feel like cooking? You’re also only 6 short blocks from the Surfside Pier, Neal & Pam’s, River City, and other great dining and entertainment opportunities.
The home has 4 balconies: #1 is off Bedroom 1 (facing poolside), #2 is off the living room facing street side, #3 is off Bedroom 4 aka the Master Bedroom (facing street side), and #4 is off Bedroom 6 (facing street side). All balconies facing street side have a partial ocean view on the left hand side.
First Floor: Living / Dining / Kitchen / Bedroom 1 / Half Bath
Second Floor: Bedrooms 2 – 4, Laundry
Third Floor: Bedrooms 5 & 6
The home is equipped with DirecTV channels and wireless internet throughout.
Linens: sheets/towels are not included in your stay. You can choose to bring your own, or add on a linen package which is supplied by a local company that delivers them to your door on check-in day.
Parking: you can fit up to 8 vehicles at this property because there is extra space on the side of the home for overflow vehicles and/or trailers. If you rent a golf cart, we require that it be gas powered only. If you bring your own, please note that we do not guarantee an outdoor electrical power supply.
NOTE: This home is right next to an identical home but they are NOT attached and do not share any amenities so you have your own private swimming pool. Pool size is 8' x 18'.
