Both bedrooms in the condo are large enough that you won't feel cramped or confined during your stay. Each bedroom has it's own flat-screen TV and cable box. At this unit, you are just a short walk to the beach!
AMENITIES
Hermitage has a huge community pool with a large pool deck area with tables and chairs as well as sun loungers. There is a picnic area on the pool deck with charcoal grills so you can host the perfect family barbeque. Guests can use the beautiful gazebo located next to the pool area. Wireless internet and basic cable is included.
PARKING
2 parking spaces - motorcycle friendly (you can have two in one of your parking spaces), but golf carts and trailers are not allowed.
POLICIES
No pets, no smoking, no parties.
NOTE: This is a 3rd floor unit in a building that does not have an elevator.
FYI: This unit utilizes the Ring app doorbell as a security feature at the entry of the unit; this feature cannot be disabled.
