It is located on the end of the building that faces Ocean Blvd, so you have a great partial view of the ocean from the private balcony. The balcony can be accessed by both the living room slider and the master bedroom. This optimal layout can sleep 8 people comfortably with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the second bedroom, and two twin size beds in the third bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated and feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and Pergo flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware for those times when you don't feel like dining out! Laundry can be easily done with the in-unit washer and dryer.
