Duneside III - 206 is a bright 1 bedroom 1 bathroom has an amazing oceanfront view! It is perfect for couples or small families who like to spend their time relaxing at the beach, fishing off the pier, and hanging out at the arcade and ice cream shop. It was recently remodeled to include a full kitchen with granite counter tops, Keurig, and WiFi Smart TV's. In addition to a private bedroom with a queen size bed, there is a bunk bed in the hallway (beds are slightly smaller than a twin) that the kids will love. This location is perfect; everything you need is within walking distance!
AMENITIES
Duneside III has an oceanfront community pool with a large pool deck area with tables and chairs as well as sun loungers. There is a picnic area with charcoal grills so you can host the perfect family barbeque. Wireless internet and basic cable is included. There is a coin-operated laundry facility available in the building. There is a lockable storage closet under the building with a few beach chairs you can use.
PARKING
1 parking space - motorcycle friendly (you can have two in your one parking space), but golf carts and trailers are not allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: Hurricane Ian severely damaged the dunes in Garden City. In these pictures you will see the work in progress of them being rebuilt (including the fencing)... they are expected to be finished by Spring! If you have any questions about the progress, please contact the office.
