The perfect location! Summer's Den is located a short walking distance (2.5 blocks) from the Surfside Pier, which means you're close to everything you'll need for an amazing vacation: the beach, entertainment, and restaurants.

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and basic cable. WiFi is included.
Summer's Den is our only PET FRIENDLY rental. *Limited to 2 small dogs (30 pound weight limit each) or 1 large dog (60 pound weight limit). $300 fee per dog per week.
Linens: sheets/towels are not included in your stay. You can choose to bring your own, or add on a linen package which is supplied by a local company that delivers them to your door on check-in day.
*Motorcycle, golf cart, and trailer friendly! If you rent a golf cart, we require that it be gas powered only. If you bring your own, please note that we do not guarantee an outdoor electrical power supply.

NOTE: This home is right next to an identical home but they do not share any amenities so you have your own private swimming pool. Pool is 3' to 5' deep.
